While we require that special orders be placed at least 5-7 days in advance, we highly recommend placing orders at least 3 - 4 weeks in advance for any special order as our schedule does book up. For weddings, we recommend placing your order at least 2 - 3 months in advance of your wedding date. We do not guarantee availability until an order has been confirmed.

All desserts are available only through pre-order. Our lead time for all cakes is 2-4 weeks, however, we do not guarantee availability until an order has been confirmed. Some cakes may be available next day.

Please be aware that last minute cancellations cannot always be accommodated due to the amount of planning and work that goes into each order prior to even baking. Cancellations are permitted only when made at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. Deposits are not refundable.

At this time, Sweets by Jazz LLC does not offer vegan and/or gluten free options. Please support your local small businesses.

Custom orders require a deposit of 50% of the order total. Your invoice is your "signed contract". The balance and any changes to the order are due no later than 14 days before your event.

Delivery is available and reasonably priced according to location. Wedding cake delivery fees include setup. If you would like us to set up your dessert bar, there is an additional set up fee of $100 or 20% whichever is higher. This fee includes dessert signage.

While we prefer to create unique cakes, we are happy to using your image as inspiration adding our own artistic flair. All custom cakes are priced based upon the complexity of the design and start at $115.

We offer design consultations and tastings for orders over $350 to ensure that you get exactly the cake you want. Consultations are $50 with payment due at the time of booking the appointment.

Consultations include both a tasting and design session and are limited to 1 hour in length. You are welcome to bring guests, but we do recommend limiting it to 2 trusted guests as the consultation can become unfocused and less productive when several people are present.

** Due to the Covid-19 health crisis, we are currently offering only to-go tasting boxes. These are made to order and available for pickup on Fridays and Saturdays.
